Paul, the only thing that has changed as you write is your tone and sense of urgency. Whether we like it or not we are fighting a low intensity civil war. Illegal ICE and National Guard deployments for no good reason, while those who stand for the Constitution protest, and record such heinous deeds. It is asymmetric warfare but it is there. The court system itself is torn asunder with lower courts ruling against blatantly illegal acts while the SCOTUS enables corruption and the death of law as we know it.
We all keep fighting the good fight! Never give up!
Oh I let it rip tonight. I read your posts religiously, if that’s a thing, I appreciate your honesty and your willingness to speak up! Thank you!! We all need what you have to say!!!
Learning, about what you’ve missed, intentionally or otherwise, is not easy. One must sift through a lot of garbage today.
It is not the learning, but the comprehension, discernment, and evaluation, that’s hard.
I will always appreciate the years I lived with my grandparents and all they instilled in me.
My grandfather was a WWII vet and my grandmother was a college graduate, being born in 1927, that was quite a thing, having grown up on a farm in IA.
I also appreciate growing up with no internet. I’ve seen the dismantling of human connectivity, empathy, and loss of human value to a screen. It’s sad.
I sound like my grandparents!!
Ostrich people are far better off, at least in the short term, but I do appreciate both your reply and your content you write.
