It is to be fun weekend with grandkids this weekend, but I didn’t plan well enough. I should have written my second essay of the week yesterday. Today, you get a much lighter than usual TAT and for many, that may be a good thing. :)
First… a disgraceful SCOTUS
I have few, new things left to say about the disgraceful behavior of the US Supreme Court. The disclosure this week of another raw deviation from ethics by Justice Alito, simply adds to the need to find an alternative method to restore our highest court. Alito, Thomas, both of their wives and especially public appearances by Gorsuch, clearly demonstrate their subjugation to MAGA ideology and their imposition of their religious beliefs onto the American people.
They have added to this, an in-your-face preference for oligarchism over the needs of the American people. Much of all of this, is unconstitutional, such as wielding their religious beliefs as a hammer to smash the First Amendment. Refusal to recuse themselves from the cases involving the former and traitorous POTUS and January 6th’s coup attempt, is essentially, spitting into the face of all honest Americans.
I never imagined in my lifetime that sitting SCOTUS Justices, would fly the flags of freedom or be married to someone proudly complicit, in supporting January 6th, as did Ginni Thomas.
The only resolution is for every honest American to show up in November, and put politicians in office that support the constitution, rather than the overturning of our constitutional republic. More than any other person, Mitch McConnell is responsible for the anti-republic agenda, of the 6-3 far right wing, super majority on our highest bench.

Second… anti-Israel and antisemitic reporting
The western media still behaves in a largely antisemitic manner towards Israel by reporting almost exclusively, only stories which they dishonestly spin, about Israeli operations. It’s perfectly honest to say that you despise Netanyahu as a corrupt and immoral Prime Minister and still support the IDF/ Israeli Defense Forces in their ethical fight against Hamas, Iran, Putin and Xi. Anyone believing anything reported with the sole source being either the UN or the so-called, “Hamas-run” health ministry” is not getting real reporting.
Western media falsely accused Israel of wanton disregard for human safety in a strike just outside of Rafah, earlier this week. The truth is the opposite and the media, is still yet to print retractions or apologies. Israel is our ally but treated by most MSM, as an adversary.
As I have said in at least 20 full reports since the war in Gaza began, there is no chance for peace or a cease-fire so long as Hamas fights, Iranian thugs support them, Putin requires a diversion from his failures in Ukraine and finally, so long as Bibi, PM Netanyahu and his racist, far-right administration remain in the game. These are the minimum steps towards peace.

The White House has put a great deal of pressure on the US corporate oligarchs who’ve been price-gouging us for a couple of years now. They also, along with those on the MAGA side of the aisle in Congress, have been swinging the false narrative of inflation as a bludgeon against the administration.

Arrogance, waste fraud and abuse and cronyism in national defense contracting, are putting our republic at severe risk.
The left side of the aisle is insufferably inept at supporting the successes they have had for the American people. Their incompetence, arrogance in campaign circles and in campaigning, is nearly as impotent as the US national security community is in protecting us from propaganda, mis and disinformation and all manner of unethical influence campaigning. Both the left and the community responsible for fighting influence, are sacrificing our republic on the MAGA/ Russian alter of fascism because neither can do their job. If the MAGA crowd wins again and yes, it is possible, it won’t matter if you are a Republican, Democrat or anything else, you will be under the ever-heavier hands of oppression. Let that sink in.
More and more Americans are putting pressure on the products they use and need, to stop price-gouging. Between grassroots efforts and political pressure from the administration, just this week a couple of primary providers have agreed to start lowering prices. In just the past few days, retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target etc. have begun cutting prices after years of price-gouging, that they have infamously labeled, “inflation.”
As I am just finishing to write this record-breaking, shortest TAT ever, a breaking news notification popped up onto my phone. Chief Justice John Roberts has rejected a request from the Senate, to discuss the lack of ethics in our SCOTUS. Like I said earlier, Mitch McConnell is the architect of legal anarchy and that should be the epitaph to his Senate record.
Now… I’m off to find more fun ways, to spoil Grandchildren
