If only...there were still papers that had editorials such as this, to rain from the skies and be distributed far and wide. Good subject in schools to discuss and debate, starting in middle school ! Social studies!
Thank you for the kind words and support, Judith. I could hardly agree more. Gratefully, my father’s earliest jobs in education, were teaching government and history. He would have been especially grateful as well. I like to think at least a little of his wisdom, lives on in me.
I like that you mentioned that the orange turd is bringing up comments about jailing Americans and investigating them as a means of intimidation. He has used this tactic often especially with republicans but with them is using a primary as a threat.
Exactly Kassandra. In my profession, using this type of intimidation tactic, is an indicator that April 5th’s touched a nerve. This Saturday’s protests, will further get under his and the Republican Party’s skin. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to throw some salt into their wounds. ;)
Right there with you. I have the Capitol hotline on speed dial. 😂 when I can’t attend a protest, I watch it live on YouTube and hit like. I often put them on the background and let them play.
I figure if the MSM won’t cover it, it can still go viral and the world can see our protests. I have also sent nasty comments to MSM about not covering it and sent pictures along with numbers. I know they won’t cover them but it’s just “good trouble”
