Columns like this remind me of three questions one must never ask:
Never ask a woman her age.
Never ask a man his salary
Never ask a Liberal why $3 Trillion dollars have been spent by the Department of Education since 1979 yet test scores,, reading rates, and the global education rankings for the US are significantly lower now than they were 40 years ago.
Maybe you try reading my work before launching into your utterly dishonest maga narratives.
Your argument is specious at best. I no longer expect honorable and accurate debate from you. To make matters worse, you now support the destruction of our constitutional republic and the GOP’s surrender to Putin.
As I always express, it’s your reputation that you are burying under a mountain of manure, not mine. Please do feel free to continue burning bridges.
Actually, Paul, when I present a cogent, logical, and reasoned argument, you threaten to censure me. So I thought I would try humor instead. Hence this recent comment.
I am curious s to why you suspect I am now supporting the destruction of our constitutional republic. You conveniently fail to provide any evidentiary material to support your outlandish allegation. Actually, by devolving the roles and responsibilities of the Department of Education back to the States (where the development and execution of educational policy rightfully belongs) one shows great fidelity to the Constitution, something I would think you would agree with.
As to the claim that I support a "surrender to Putin" I was unaware the Volodya was so intimately concerned with the Department of Education and its overdue dissolution. It is amazing what one learns by reading your columns. Thank you for this invaluable public service.
I am not going to argue with your false narratives and propaganda. I have laid everything out in detail, at least twice a-week for years. To my knowledge, you have never laid out any argument worth discussing and for the simple reason, that your comments are more than 90% of the time, dishonest. All you write are opinions devoid of credible facts.
No, there is no reason to debate dishonesty and alternative realities. It is quite painful old friend, that you think so little of our long friendship that you cannot once, tell the truth about your precious GOP. If you were honest and believed the road apples you write, you would acknowledge reality and stop lying about me, my work and truth. You would also be able to provide credible support for your opinions.
You were once considered a very fine analyst. You have sacrificed that reputation on the Republican alter of treason and unconstitutionality. For all of the sources for these comments, please see that last two and half years of my work in the archives. The essays are full of all that you claim I do not provide. Just one more lie of yours. Yup, your overt dishonesty has taken a toll.
