Paul, thank you for the history lesson! I knew the financiers and oligarchs hated FDR and the New Deal, but this part of history being buried is tragic and does all of us a disservice.

It is often said that history is written by the victors. Yet, the “lost cause” and the reviling of policies that benefit everyday citizens, with a re-written mythology shows history is not written by the victors, but often by the “victims” as they see themselves.

Well said Paul. Yes, history is revealing and a source for predicting threats accurately but more importantly, what the keys are to mitigating the threats levied against us by those who don’t give a damn about the people, not our system of government. One of the few things that I been fighting to say out loud, is that I believe us closer to internal conflict, more now than at any time since 1890. Oligarchy and power mongering are both a couple of the primary causes of all that we now experience.

We will recover over time, but it will be exceptionally painful for the nation and millions of our fellow citizens. One thing that I believe is that our military will not be nearly as much behind the administration as they believe. We also must do what we call in the military as, “imposing significant costs” on our enemies. This includes imposing as much financial pain on those behind this coup. In other words, the oligarchical financiers.
