Today is just a quick note, announcing that tomorrow, I will add a very succinct summary to this week’s Part I & II discussion about the Chinese threat.

The first two parts have gotten a great deal of interest. For this reason, I will add a small, Part III that summarizes, in a condensed form, the takeaways from Parts I and II.
