Obviously, my friend, we were watching two very different debates. The overall consensus by the national news media is that last night's debate was a civil and thoughtful conversation between two politicians who respected each other, who identified issues of common concern and agreed to disagree on proposed solutions. The evening posed an example of how conversations on policies and political issues should be handled in this country and would serve as a useful counterpoint to the reckless and slanderous name calling that dominates so much of social media and public discourse today. What the nation saw on display last night was Midwest courtesy and decorum from Ohio and Minnesota.
I don’t disagree as to the display of our good solid Midwestern behavior, for one, Gov. Walz this is his norm. Vance though put on a farcical show that he hasn’t once displayed publicly, since he sold his soul to trump and the fake patriotism of MAGA.
This is the precise point of today’s essay and which persuasively demonstrated in the inclusion of the included sources.
If you have sources that show Vance’s regular behavior being the same as Walz’s, in his career in Congress, please do share. As for the 127 facts checks, only ten of them are partially or fully, “true.”
