TAT readers,
It is a busy week, especially towards the end where there are family health matters to manage… mostly positive. It will likely not allow for in-depth essays for a week, but I will sneak in short updates as time permits, about the most important threats.
Today is just a replay of one of the most important issues in the upcoming election, price-gouging. I have written a couple of long detailed essays on this topic, and they will be linked below. A while back, I had written about the most dangerous false narratives this election season and it is time to review as we now have 104 days to our next and most consequential election since Abraham Lincoln became our 16th president.
Media, in order to drive viewership, advertising revenue and investors, continues falsely play the so-call, “inflation” narrative. This word couldn’t be more wrong. What we are experiencing is price-gouging at all consumer levels, especially at the supermarket and gas pump. So, as always and in the linked essays, I go into data, facts and truth. When assessing these fountains of information, the answer is beyond clear, it’s not inflation but is in fact, price-gouging.
Please see the linked essays for a deeper perspective, and let’s get busy in November electing those who protect consumers, not the MAGA crowd who panders to the corporate oligarchs guilty of price-gouging.
Cheers,
Paul
